Welcome to Bricks AI (“Bricks AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI-powered real estate discovery platform operated by AiMINDS, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at FDRK8439 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aiminds.ae/bricks-ai and any related applications, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Service
1.1 Bricks AI is a technology platform that aggregates, curates, and presents real estate listings, project details, market data, and AI-generated recommendations to help users discover properties across the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
1.2 Bricks AI is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or developer. We do not buy, sell, lease, or negotiate real estate transactions. All property listings are sourced from developers, brokers, and agencies who are independently responsible for holding valid licenses and registrations with the applicable regulatory authority in their respective emirate, including:
- Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) — Dubai Land Department
- Real Estate Regulatory Administration (RERA-RAK) — Ras Al Khaimah Municipality
- Department of Municipalities and Transport / Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (DMT/ADREC)
— Abu Dhabi - Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) — Sharjah
- Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation — Ajman
1.3 Any transaction, viewing, negotiation, or agreement relating to a property listed on the Platform occurs directly between you and the relevant licensed broker, agent, or developer. Bricks AI is not a party to any such transaction and bears no liability for its outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law to use this Platform.
3. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations
3.1 The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate property shortlists, comparisons, market insights, and conversational responses (“AI Outputs”).
3.2 AI Outputs are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies, outdated data, or errors, and do not constitute real estate, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should independently verify all listing details, pricing, RERA/regulatory registration status, and builder credentials directly with the relevant licensed party before making any decision.
3.3 We do not guarantee that any property, price, availability, or feature described through AI Outputs is current or accurate at the time of your search.
4. Listings and Third-Party Content
4.1 We make reasonable efforts to verify that listings displayed as “verified” are crosschecked against the applicable emirate’s regulatory register (e.g., RERA, RERA-RAK,
DMT/ADREC, SRERD) at the time of listing. Regulatory status can change after publication, and we do not continuously monitor every listing in real time.
4.2 Builder ratings, scorecards, and reviews reflect data available to us at the time of publication and are not a warranty of a builder’s current standing, financial condition, or
delivery capability.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email] of any unauthorized use.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE federal or emirate-level law;
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content or listing data without our written consent;
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person orentity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including design, software, AI models, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to AiMINDS and protected under UAE copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party websites (e.g., builder websites, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Bricks AI and AiMINDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on AI Outputs, or any transaction conducted with a third-party broker, agent, or developer.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiMINDS, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
